New York, NY — August 12, 2025 — Lument announces today the closing of a $30.1 million Freddie Mac conventional multifamily loan to refinance a 106-unit mid-rise multifamily community in Beacon, New York. Lument’s Nicholas Diamond and Oliver Herndon led the transaction.

The Freddie Mac loan has a fixed interest rate, five-year term, 30-year amortization and two years of interest only. In addition to the senior debt, Lument secured $2 million in preferred equity for total deal proceeds of $32.1 million.
